Sie ist wie eine Meditation, die niemandem beigebracht werden muss, weil durch die Beobachtung der Natur eine entschleunigende Wirkung eintritt. Durch die Hingabe an die Natur verschwindet in einem besonderen Moment jeder „laute“ und „allt\u00e4gliche“ Gedanke. Es wird still im K\u00f6rper und der Mensch ist automatisch im Jetzt.
