With their photographs Anna and Roman Küffner lead the viewer to abandoned places of everyday life where stories of life were lived, which they know and tell. Unlike some of the so-called "Urban Explorers", the Cologne photographers enter buildings only with permission. Their photographs have impressive depth and expressive contrasts, thanks to the HDR technology, that is, by superimposing the exposure series. The three-dimensionality of these "lostplaces" sends the viewer to a time journey into inner places of silence.

For their motifs, they travel e.g. To Italy, Sweden, Poland and Belgium. Since 2012, Blackbird Street has been broadcasting nationwide and internationally, such as in New York. They are also represented at numerous art fairs.
